May is a slower month for me: Total of $1,872.15 in dividends, distributions, and rental income. (Dividend and Distributions only for May: $1465.70)
In the first 3 days of June, I’ve already almost matched my total for May with $1,870.85 in dividends, distributions, and rental income. Either way, I’m grateful as it was a great month, particularly with the warm weather upon us and a downward trend in COVID positive test rates and an upward trend in vaccinations.

That’s a very strong month, particularily for a slow month, congrats on that Passive Income. You have many REITs in your portfolio paying you very decent income. Definitively worth a look for me.
Cheers
Thank you. I do have a number of REITs paying a decent (monthly) income. Definitely worth a look as a way to diversify and create an additional monthly stream of passive income (without the hassles of being a landlord).
Great month! Looking forward to seeing your June numbers!
What’s the difference between Dividends and Distributions? I consider everything as dividends.
I separate out dividends from distributions. Dividends are paid out to holders of company shares. If you invest in ETFs you can receive distribution payments. They are often lumped together as one and the same. I separate them out so that readers of my blog can see passive income more clearly from my investment in individual publicly traded companies in the form of dividends vs. passive income in the form of distributions from my ETF holdings.
